She brings her expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, and health to Vida Verde Vegetales. With over 30 years in the industry, multiple doctorates, and over 40 published books, she is a staunch advocate for organic foods. She has taught and led programs with millions of followers around the world. She now enjoys applying all her energy and knowledge to Vida Verde Vegetales.

Specialist in offering fresh and nutritious foods with over 30 years of experience working with organic farming and sustainable production. He has collaborated with exporting farmers and transnational companies. He enjoys inspiring new generations with his conference "Organically Different," which promotes a healthier and more sustainable agricultural future.

Executive Chef

He has over 15 years of experience in sustainable and signature cuisine, during which he has collaborated as a menu consultant and opened restaurants and hotels in Sinaloa. At Vida Verde Vegetales, he creates dishes with organic produce full of flavor and is also involved with Peregrino, a pop-up restaurant that uses fresh ingredients from the garden.
